This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to all information and data that APPSFOR Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "APPSFOR") may receive about a user of the global Internet (hereinafter referred to as the "User") using the FINATEKA service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and the program for Computer - mobile application "FINATEKA" (hereinafter – "Mobile application").
The service and the Mobile Application allow the possibility of anonymous use of its functions, without registration, but do not provide cloud storage of the data entered by the user and limit paid functions (if such are provided by the service and the Mobile Application).
The User's use of the Service and Mobile Application after registration means full familiarization with this Privacy Policy and his unconditional consent to it.
If the User does not agree with the terms of this Policy, then in order to terminate actions against him, the User must stop using the Service and the Mobile Application.
1. For the purposes of this Policy, "User information" means:
1.1. Information that the User provides about himself during registration (account creation) or in the process of using the Service and Mobile Application, and which will not contain the User's personal data, with the exception of those data that are necessary to identify the user in the Service and Mobile Application, when calculating statistics and forming a portrait of the user in conducted quizzes, and rating tables, and which may be regarded as personal data in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and (or) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Information containing personal data will not be accepted by the Service and the Mobile Application;
1.2. User data that is automatically transmitted to the Service during its use using the software installed on the user's device, including IP address, cookie data, technical characteristics of the equipment and software used by the User, date and time of access to the Services, addresses of the requested pages and other similar information.
2. APPSFOR collects, processes and stores only the User's information that is necessary for providing the Service and providing support to the User regarding the functioning of the Service and Mobile Application, except in cases where the legislation provides for mandatory storage of information for a period specified by law.
3. APPSFOR processes User information in the following cases:
3.1. Identification of the party within the Service;
3.2. Providing cloud storage of statistical data assigned to a specific user and displaying them when the user passes identification in the Service and Mobile Application;
3.3. Communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the Service and Mobile Application, as well as processing requests and requests from the User;
3.4. Improving the quality of the Service and Mobile application, the convenience of their use, the development of new functions and "features" of the Service and Mobile Application;
3.5. Targeting of advertising materials;
3.6. Conducting statistical and other research;
3.7. Conducting quizzes and ratings;
3.8. Fulfillment of the requirements of the current legislation each of Country where the FINATEKA is presented.
4. The confidentiality of the User's information is maintained, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides information "about himself" for general access to an unlimited number of persons. When using certain functions of the Service and the Mobile Application, the User agrees that a certain part of his information may be publicly available.
5. The User has consented to the transfer of the User's APPSFOR information to third parties in the following cases:
5.1. The transfer is necessary for the User to use a certain function of the Service and Mobile Application when ordering or receiving services from third parties;
5.2. The transfer is provided within the framework of the procedure established by law;
5.3. Such transfer takes place as part of the sale or other transfer of the business (in whole or in part), while all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy in relation to obtaining information are transferred to the acquirer;
5.4. In order to ensure the possibility of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the APPSFOR or third parties in cases where the User violates the terms of the User Agreement.
6. Cookies transmitted by APPSFOR to the User's equipment and the APPSFOR User's equipment can be used by APPSFOR to provide the User with information for targeting advertising that is shown to the User, for statistical and research purposes, as well as to improve the Service and Mobile Application.
7. The structure of the Cookie file, its content and technical parameters are determined by the APPSFOR and may change without prior notice to the User.
8. The counters placed by APPSFOR in the Service and Mobile Application can be used to analyze User Cookies, to collect and process statistical information about the use of the Service, as well as to ensure the operability of the Services in general or their individualfunctions in particular. The technical parameters of the counters are determined by the APPSFOR and may change without prior notice to the User.
9. The user can delete all transactions created by him at any time by going to the User Profile > Settings > Clear transactions history. All transactions, accounts and user banking cards will be deleted from the servers immediately and without the possibility of recovery.
10. The user can forget his profile at any time and delete all the information he left in the application after registering in the Service and Mobile Application, along with user data (email, date of birth and nickname) of the user by going to User Profile > Settings > Delete account. All data will be deleted from the servers immediately and without the possibility of recovery
